That's not really the point......
I try to list the weight of the protein.....
The reality is that there is such a varied range in capacity. Protein intake can range from 1 to 16oz. here.
So I'm not really promoting quantity..... more concept and how to re-invent and de-construct and re-package or mix and match.....
