I use a varity of supplements depending - benefiber in my shakes or their stick packs in my water, fiber gummies...anything to get 12-15 grams total a day.

My new favorite is Quest protein bars. They have 18 or 19 grams of fiber a bar - I'd never dare eat a whole one but half a bar is a fiber supplement PLUS 10 grams of protein. Calories are high but when I deduct the 45 calories of fiber stuff I don't have to take they're suddenly very reasonable.

Edit to add: I started about a month out because I had terrible constipation. Just remember: a liitle at a time.
