Thanks so much! My surgery weight was 311 and my goal is same as yours. With such close start dates I hope that we can see success together.

Congrats Carrie, I'm 11 days behind you and I have lost 18 pounds since my pre surgery weight of 214.  I am exactly 3 weeks out from surgery.  When I left the hospital I weighed about 10 pounds more than when I went in so in total I've lost 27 pounds since surgery. After Christmas I plan to get my exercise routine started besides just walking.  I love reading your updates, keep up the good work.

Congrats Carrie that is amazing! 29 pounds in one month is something I would hope to lose in three months. I hope I am as successful with the sleeve when I get it mid January. Best wishes for your continued success.
