Protein!

Hey all, just wanted to share what I just came across.  I have been searching OH for sometime now trying to find ways to get in my protein, which I have been failing at miserably!  Anyway, I ended up going to GNC this morning and bought the GNC PRO Performance (link below) only because I told the lady my issues that all the other proteins that I have tried make me throw-up and she told me to try it and if I don't like it, just bring it back.  Works for me!

So we came home and my wife mixed me up a shake with unsweetened almond milk and ice.  HOLY COW, it tasted exactly like a McDonald's milkshake!  Absolutely no protein taste at all, AND I was able to get in 60 grams of protein in one drink,,,, LOVED IT!

Just spreading the word for anyone in the same issue as me...

Iev been using the jay robb egg white protien it omes in lots of flavors and is really good. No funky taste  at all

Hey Alan, congats on your surgery. I also use this and I love it. My surgeon suggested drinking half in the morning and half in the afternoon to avoid flooding myself with too much protein at one time. I know everyone's info is different...just sharing.

I'm not doing protein powder anymore because I am getting enough protein from my food, but I was using the unflavored GNC Pro Performance with my coffee/milk in the morning and it was pretty tolerable. GNC also has a gold card that you buy (I think it's $15/year) and you get 20% off your first purchase and then 20% off the first week of the month (or something like that).
