Well,look what the cat dragged in,lol! Good to see you,Summer! Glad you are doing well. Still trying to get to goal here. Doesn't seem to matter what I eat or don't eat,how many shakes,how much dense protein,nothing makes the scale move steadily downward. I think body has decided we are in "maintenance" cause it does that real good!.

Life goes on around here with the usual board issue.
