In all honesty I was sleeved in Cleveland but I think Dr. Cirangle's plan is the gold standard. I definitely keep my sodium low and water intake high. Watch out for the flavored waters like propel and others the sodium can sometime be pretty high. I make sure to do protein shakes daily and I was Zumba all day and night haven't been since last year however.
