HA HA, I got the t-shirt as a joke at our local consignement. I am kind of the PTA outsider at my kids school, so I got it and told my husband that I was going to wear it to the the next PTA meeting, really give them something to talk about! LOL

No secrets here. Until I started running I stuck to 600 - 800 calories, 40 or less carbs and 60 to 80 grams of protien. Once I started really running, I upped it to 900-1000 calories and 50 to 60 carbs, and 90 to 100 grams of protien, on my non-running days ( take every other day off to give my joints a chance to recover) I do some sort of walking or strength training.

I just started a Kettlebell workout and it's kicking my butt LOL I do not even get this sore after running almost four miles LOL
