Home from the hospital

Sleeve surgery on 2-3 home from the hospital and doing great.  I had a really bad time with nausea for about 5 hours after surgery, but never got sick.  And it hasn't bothered me any more.  Passed the leak test Sat. morning and started on clear liquids for 7 days.  Came home about 3:30 Saturday afternoon and slept all evening with pain meds.  Really sore but doing great!

Welcome home and to the loser's bench!!! Glad to hear everything went well. Sorry to hear about the nausea though. That part always sucks!

Congrats!! Glad you are home and well! I too was nauseated but I did throw up for several hours after surgery. Was miserable, cut back on narcotics, upped the anti-nausea and fixed it right up.

I had mine on the 4th and am comfortably in my hotel bed looking at before/after pics online and sipping my crystal light. I am learning how to drink without gulping, harder than I thought it'd be but i want to avoid the chest tightness I get when I swallow too much at once. I fly home tomorrow and start my NEW LIFE!

If I can make it through these first 7 days I know I'll be fine. Can't wait to start shrinking with ya!
