NUT Class

So today I had my nutrition class, WOW alot to absorb! Also got the info on the shots I have to give myself for 2 weeks after surgery (not thrilled about those) but I'll get thru it. Bought my vitamins and a blender bottle too! Does anyone have trouble taking the petite vitamins?

 I was sleeved 2/7/12. The vitamins I eat are gummie. I figured they would be like a snack.  I also bought gummy calcium.  I swallowed pills fine the next morning.  It is a lot of info I read mine a number of times. I'm still hanging around the house because it is cold.  But I cleaned house 4 days after surgery.  No heavy lifting or vacuuming.
