When can we eat a salad?

Every surgeon is different. I would call their office.
I was told five months for raw veggies. I was doing really great by three months and asked. He gave me the go ahead. It was fine, but I took it slow introducing stuff. At nearly 8 months, I can eat about a a cup of salad or so with an oz or two of chicken/tuna/whatever.

My NUT said today that salad was fine at 5 week because it smushes down to nothing, and pretty much slides down the sleeve with no problem.
This is one food that I really miss, but my food plan doesn't allow it until 3 months out
I'll probably be one of those that doesn't like salad when I'm able to eat it. My food tastes had changed since surgery....I didn't like chocolate before & now I love my Chocolate Truffle Nectar protein....who knew.
