Exersize Accountability Post 2-19-12

Today was a great day.
I went to the gym and did 3.5 miles on the treadmill interval training. Walking/Running with incline.
Then I did the full circuit of weight lifting for the next hour.
I am officially pumped!

Woot you go girl! i got 30 minutes on the NUBS ball and 30 minutes of bands coming up later this afternoon. soon as I get back from running errands

 25 minute mall walking and seriously need to get motivated to work out at home still.  Gonna try a little nap and then take a ride on the struggle bus to get motivated!

Walked the dogs, which they were VERY happy about.

Also did 40 minutes of power yoga.  Wow, my abs and arms are burning!

 

5'5"    Goal reached, but fighting regain.  Back to Basics.

I did 30 minutes of Kettle bells workout this morning. I will be on the treadmill this evening for an hour.

Costco shopping this morning -- I am proud to say that I can now lift 40# of kibble and the flats of water !!! (55 years old with arthritis !)

This afternoon, an hour of heavy gardening !

I don't know where you live...but....I miss my garden someting fierce.
I just bought some seed starter and will hopefully start planting in the cold frame very soon...(sigh)
I need my garden (sigh)

did I mention I was very Jealous?

I'm in the high desert of California -- a couple hours north east of Los Angeles -- we get a dusting of snow now and then during the winter, and hot hot hot August and September...

I'm cutting, trimming, raking leaves, pulling weeds....bit by bit....

 Did end up adding 21 minutes on the elliptical and 5 minutes of strength training to the earlier mall walking.  Yea.
