In the spirit of smbergie200 post about fats.........

Full disclosure for me.....During WL didn't use much Mayo......but when I did it was small amounts of Full Bore.......I tried... I really did.... that light stuff wasn't doing it.

Right now I'm doing tons of taste testing on some mixtures/sauces using full bore mayo trying to dilute it to cut some fat out. I'm hoping to come up with some Mayo based sauces that I can use very liberally and just plop it on my food!!!

OK......Which way do you Roll?????

Best Foods/Hellman's vs. Miracle Whip

Our Country is not only divided politically..... It's Mayonnaise divided also!!!!!

For me.....it's Best Foods all the way !!!!! Miracle Whip....Blahhhh....Ekkkk........!!!! Barf....why is it sweet????

I lived with a girl that was a Miracle Whip girl......didn't work out......

So which way do you roll ????

During WL stage, it was greek yogurt for anything that should have been mixed with mayo.

We're a Miracle Whip family. It's kind of crazy because all recipes that call for mayo, like pasta salads, potato salads etc etc that I make for potlucks and social events, get great reviews from non-mayo eaters. When I reveal to them that it's all made with Miracle Whip they are pretty shocked because they never thought that you can sub MW for mayo and get a great tasting final product. My mother has never used mayo for anything so it just kind of stuck with me. Luckily, my husband isn't a mayo fan either so he's content with his sandwiches made with MW.

We're a full fat family as well. The only thing that is 0% fat is milk and greek yogurt. Everything else, salad dressings, sauces, everything else is full bore fat. Oh except, I eat the Yoplait Light (fat free) versions of the yogurts. No reason other than I prefer the texture of the fat free yogurts.

Full Fat Mayo, Milk, Butter
MW YUK!

I like that I can have my milk and butter even during the weight loss phase because frankly it's just so small an amount that I actually eat/drink it hardly makes a difference in the total daily calories and I'm much happier.

I have been using Best Foods Canola Mayo, I love the taste.  If I want miracle whip taste I just add a little sweetner.  I can't have soy so this solves that problem also.

Miracle whip here, small amounts used. I tried the mayo when I did the atkins a few years ago and didn't like it.

I told ya a few months ago about yogurt, finely chopped cucumbers and dill, that is also good for miracle whip subsitute but still it is not the same.

I use Hellmans light mayo, my kids use Miracle Whip.  My father was a chef, he only used
Hellmans so we grew up on it and it's just always been my go to.  I just switched from regular to light.
I can't handle total fat free, ugh!
