I reached my goal weight of 145 last Saturday. I have added my pictures to my profile. I can't paste them here from my laptop.

I am still losing so I hope to have a nice maintenance range of maybe 139-144. We shall see!. I feel great and I love my sleeve.

(if anyone can please post my 1st profile pic-I have a yellow top on and the last one where I am standing in my old size 20's that would be great).
