Headache gone

 I decided that I wanted to give up something before surgery and decided it was going to be caffeine .  Well today is day 5 and no headache! I had the worst headache for the past three days.  I know it isn't required for the surgery but it was to prove to myself that I can do this... Step one complete yeah me.   

Great job!! that was a hard one for me too.. I have to say I drink coffee again now.. But it was still worth it so you don't have the withdrawal headache along with all the after surgery feelings.
