Constipation is a common topic on this board.  Some people like gummy fiber chewsor fiber pills.  I switched to daily miralax and it's been helpful.

A cup of Smooth Move Tea works well for me. It adds to my liquid intake; it is zero in carbs, protein, calories, sugar, and fat; I like the hint of chocolate flavor, and it is a soothing part of a getting ready for sleep routine.

Who makes the Smooth Move Tea?  Can I get it at the regular supermarket?

Thanks!

ugh... a constant challenge for me.  I take 3-4 collace per day and additionally use Miralax.  Sometimes I can get away with only one dose of Miralax every two days, but for the last week it has been twice a day and only just this morning kicked in ;)  But I do feel better...

For me; a little homemade kefir in my morning protein shake and now that I am eating veggies, all is well in the basement but before these and whenever I had a string cheese the day before, I had it and my doctor suggested Miralax, I found that 1/3 of the recommended dose, every other day, kept me just right, when I need it... YMMV (your mileage may vary)

I have to constantly watch. I take fiber capsules daily and fish oil tablets. If I go more than 2 days I am doing whatever else it takes because it sucks to be constipated.

It's been problematic for me too. I tied benefiber which didn't help much. Now I am taking 2 gummy bears per day and that usually works. If not, I have an evening cup of smooth move tea which does the job. You can find smooth move at Whole Foods or any health oriented type of market.

I've found Smooth Move Tea at Stop & Shop and Target, too.  I only use it when needed and it sure does work for me by the next morning.  Other than that, I started taking two gummy fiber chews each day and that does help me.

As part of my constipation artillery, i have these things but i don't use them all in the same day and tend to rotate them:  Miralax, magnesium capsules but open the capsule and pour powder in a high calcium drink of almond milk or cow's milk or stir into yogurt, and glycerin suppositories which are great because you get a result in 2 to 5 minutes so the suppository is good if you want action immediately.

I would like to try Smooth Move and will look for that.
