Awesome work Phillip and so very well said. Yea the quality of our lives sucked at our high weights, it takes such courage to be willing to change and go to the lengths we have had too. You had such a happy face in those before pics, with your loved ones...and now your creating a healthy body to match it and enjoy those around you for a long time to come. Awesome job man, keep making it happen, one choice at a time!!!
