3 lbs in one day at 18 weeks

I have lost a total of 5 lbs this week, 1 lb on monday, 1 lb on friday and 3 lbs this morning...  I was so amazed i weighed myself twice...  LOL
So as of today my total is 81 lbs (15) before surgery. I am so happy... I love my sleeve...

Congratulations! Isn't it weird how some weeks we struggle for one pound and others it just falls off? I know how good this feels! Way to go.

Yes i had my first stall in January like 2 lbs the whole month. Then feb I lost 11... now I have lost 7 so far this month.... Although I did start weight train this month too.... I think they go hand in hand... but 3 lbs in a day I was super suprised...
