my crazy way to get ot of my stall
I am glad you posted this. I have been losing so slowly I was kind of wondering if I am stalling. With my issues with food however, I think if I went off too much i might never come back. Then I wouldn't be using this tool to help me. I wish I didn't have to count calories or could just eat little portions of whatever, but through my journey I think I am finding out I can't.
It is such an individual thing, isn't it? We each have to find what works for us in the long term and I for one feel like I am still learning about the sleeve and me.
Good luck, and thanks for posting.

It's all good !!!!
What ever works..... every approach and every opinion is valid !!!!
Speaking for myself...mine was not textbook......
Do what ya gotta do !!!
You can always argue approach/technique.......but you can't argue success.
Just remember...... It's about losing the last 40-30-20-10 pounds(if that's your intention) and maintaining......many don't make it....that's why the national average is about 60% EWL

The body reacts to change -- change your eating, change your workout, etc. If you do the same things for too long your body adapts to it. Having said that, as USAFWIFE pointed out, 'change' can put the monkey back on the back if your'e not careful.
I keep reading people refer to it as 'cheating' and that bothers me to an extent. Cheating implies doing something wrong. Eating a high-calorie, high-carb meal occasionally isn't cheating on a diet, it's part of living. I"m not a school-girl peeking at someone else's paper. I'm an adult. I make conscious choices, and I live with the consequences good and bad.
