Hello Everyone!  I don't come on Obesityhelp that often, but I just have a question about gaining weight.  I had the VSG done 7 Sep 10 and lost 75lbs.  In the last 2 mos I've gain about 10lbs of it back.  I want to try and grab hold of this before it goes too far.  What should I do at this point.  I DO NOT WANT TO GAIN ANYMORE WEIGHT. HELP!

Go back to the good habits you developed after you surgery - Log What you eat, cut back on items that aren't good for you, exercise.  You lost the 75 - 10 is nothing.

Good Luck

Thanks for the advice! I've come too far to gain it all back.  I went back to the basic today.

May I suggest doing the five day pouch test to help you get back on track.  I know it is meant for RNY patients but I know lots of sleevers who use it on a regular basis.  I copy the link below.

I would read and post your question on the maintenance board, too.
