D: 2 oz pork tenderloiin, few bites of bakes sweet potato

Water: 36 so far, only noon here

E: Very bad, can hardly walk on bad knee - just had MRI

Hey, you got rid of the sodium!!!  Good for you.  I would love to know what happens down the road with this.  You should see a drop on the scales soon.  I am crossing my fingers for you.

B:  two hard boiled eggs one wedge laughing cow cheese, the usual.

L: homemade chicken soup with lots of chicken breast meat

D: homemade turkey chili

I am 105.4 today, so almost there.  The goal is still 105 by Wednesday.  I am really happy with my progress thus far and I am sure I will get there in two days.

I was really tight with my eating yesterday and also had lots of water and got more exercise than normal.  I was down 1.2 pounds this morning!  Less salt today for sure, but I'd love to cut it even more.  I wonder how much sodium is in garlic...

L: The chicken I had didn't make it into the office building, so I haven't had any lunch. I do have an emergency packet of Optifast tomato soup with protein if I feel I need something. Otherwise I'll just wait till I get home and concentrate on fluids.
D: DH is making beef of some sort. I don't remember the details. But I'll have 1/4 to 1/3 c meat and a bite or two of veggies
Snack: I'm planning a protein shake with banana and yogurt mixed in.

Snack if necessary greek yogurt
Dinner 3oz turkey hamburger, 2 slices tomato a bit of bbq sauce

exercise -- 30 min at Curves 8am ! 5 min afternoon walk planned.
