I am 105.4 today, so almost there. The goal is still 105 by Wednesday. I am really happy with my progress thus far and I am sure I will get there in two days.

I was really tight with my eating yesterday and also had lots of water and got more exercise than normal. I was down 1.2 pounds this morning! Less salt today for sure, but I'd love to cut it even more. I wonder how much sodium is in garlic...

B: 1 egg with provolone chees and a tomato slice
L: The chicken I had didn't make it into the office building, so I haven't had any lunch. I do have an emergency packet of Optifast tomato soup with protein if I feel I need something. Otherwise I'll just wait till I get home and concentrate on fluids.
D: DH is making beef of some sort. I don't remember the details. But I'll have 1/4 to 1/3 c meat and a bite or two of veggies
Snack: I'm planning a protein shake with banana and yogurt mixed in.

Lunch 2 oz tri tip (leftovers)
Lunch 2 1 oz tri tip
Snack if necessary greek yogurt
Dinner 3oz turkey hamburger, 2 slices tomato a bit of bbq sauce
fluids -- on track
multi vits -- yep
exercise -- 30 min at Curves 8am ! 5 min afternoon walk planned.
Pre work out snack 2 baby bel light cheese
