moist & mushy phase

I'm getting my shopping list together because I can finally start the moist & mushy phase in a few days...what were your favorite things to eat ?

I'm still in that phase,I have to be on it for a month before i move forward.I've been eating alot of refried beans with cheese,Greek yogurt and eggs every which way.

I'm on a Everchanging journey.

Greek yogurt, eggs, egg salad, canned chicken, tuna salad were some of my lifesavers.

My saving grace was lentil soup.  Now I make a pot every weekend.  Either with ham or turkey sausage.  A lot of times I just use lentil soup to top my scrambled eggs, ground hamburger, grilled pork, etc.  I have also added yogurt to the lentil soup for more protein.

ricotta, cottage cheese, refried beans, oatmeal, farina, tuna salad (just tuna & mayo), scrambled eggs, egg salad, humus, flakey white fish (cut into small tiny pieces & chew!!), yogurt, protein shakes, soups (blended or cut super small)

I start my pureed/mushy stage Tuesday. but I can't have all of the things some people can have. I can't have scrambled eggs, chicken salad, or tuna salad. My NUT says no not yet. I was told not to have scrambled eggs until about 3 months out.

But my list...

Egg salad
mashed potatoes
canned fruit
canned veggies
cooked veggies
bananas
shredded cheese
and of course all of my clear liquids and full liquids.
