Please help me
I was given an eating suggestion by my dietician at the hospital a few months ago. I am looking for a deatiled plan in English of what I can and can't do for the first few weeks.

You mention you were given something... do you not want to follow it? Or is it not detailed enough? Your surgeon should have provided you with whatever his requirements are. I received extensive information from mine.

Send me your email and I'll send you what I have someone sent me. What my NUT gave me is on paper though and too much for me to type out in here. I have someone elses recipes though if you want to look at that. Its quite similar to what mine was.
