BM issues pre op

Ok y'all, its me again!! I have had trouble moving my b@#!s for 2 days and I am on the liquid protein regiment of this process. I am a "yogurt" girl, so I broke down and had my f/f yo-plait. Well let me tell ya, it worked. I had a pain in my right side before I went swimming on yesterday but after my morning visit, the pain is now subsiding. I know this a "TMI" moment, but I think I was on "lock" for a lack of a better word to be quite honest. Do you think me eating the yogurt would be a big deal? Please advise.

try benefiber...it dissolves completely and no taste (don't put it in milk tho(eww!))

absolutely, i usta put it in diluted cran-grape juice... no taste at all!
