Sleeved on Friday and doing well!

The nurses at CMC-NE were super nice and helpful. I had no problem walking 2 hrs after surgery and the next morning I was up and walking the halls again. When I left the hospital I could take in 2 oz. of protein shake and 2 oz. of water. Now that I'm home at each meal I drink my protein over a period of a few hrs. 4 oz. at a time. Then in between I sip on other approved liquids.
I'll be on liquids for 2 weeks and I don't see that as hard to do. I'm having a little pain at the one spot where he said he pulled out the old stomach and still have 5 staples there at that incision, all the other 5 have no pain. For some reason the top part of my inner thighs are sore and so is my neck and shoulders. I'm sure that will get better with time.
I'm just so happy to be on the Loser's Bench and hope to make great progress!
