tall and large frame, what's type goal weight?
I'm 5'7" and med frame- at least I think so :) My ribcage under breasts measures 32" now, with no fat on it, and my fingers can wrap around my wrist and more than touch, but not really overlap. Ring finger size 5.
I am sitting at about 157, and by the looks of the belly & thighs, I have about 20lbs to go, maybe less.. as I gain muscle, the weight won't really much matter.. I was aiming for under 155, now I'm looking at under 145. I am currently in size 12 jeans, and small or med tops depending on cut and how I want them to fit. I have a long torso, kinda hippy, and from the waist up look pretty lean, waist-down, another story! I look good now, but can look better.. my body will call it for me unless I start to get uncomfortably lean (doubtful.)

I am 6'2'' with a small to medium frame and I choe 185 as my goal- just under a normal bmi. In the younger days I amde 150 look great, but no need to be that thin anymore. There was a post yesterday of a lady who was 6'1 and 220 pounds- she looked good and was shooting for 180.

I'm 5'9" and large framed and shot for 175. I've gone below going into maintenance and think I look a little too thin now. Not trying to gain bac****il I see if I have a bounce-back.
Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
I'm 5'9" and medium frame- so I've been told. My goal was 195, but I'll just let it continue until it stops. I'm not going to intentionally stop it as long as I am healthy. Bounce back and aging will probably add some pounds later. I felt good at 230. I feel better at 218 now, but I'll feel even better later.
I know some people arbitrarily stop because someone said that they should. That doesn't make sense to me. People who are used to you fat may say stop, but a total stranger is not going to think that a 200 pound woman is underweight because she is not.
Initially I would have been happy to stop at 220, then I set a goal of 195. I do not have my heart set there. I'll just let it happen. I'm not going to limit the possibilities for myself.

I;m just taking it one day at a time for now.
I'm 5' 7" too and can look very fit at 170 as I recall from my pre-obesity days. I carry my weight very well and most people never knew I was as heavy as I was, My goal is 166 which was 100 lbs less than my highest weight but I think if I lose another 10 - 20 lbs at my age that might just be enough, but who knows?
How do you know when you've been heavy so many years?? I guess you just have to lose and see where you look and feel your best. Super skinny is not always ideal for everybody.

I am 5'8", medium frame...size 5 ring finger, but my fingers have always been skinny..pfffft
Anyway, right now at 184, I am in some 10's and still a few 12's and Medium tops.
My goal weight is 165, but I will adjust if needed once I get there. I am hoping at that weight, I will be in some 8's...just so I can say that
