Back from vacation!

Hi guys!! I have been on vacation, seeing the great state of Arizona! I was *way* more active than in my "normal" life, able to hike and see anything I wanted. I love my sleeve!

Isn't it amazing how much more enjoyable it is on vacation when your not lugging around all the extra weight. I don't even mind the heat now. We just got back from Mexico a week ago and I never had to stop to rest or mop up no matter what we were doing, beach walking, touring the ruins, or touring town. I was never breathless or exhausted. Glad you had a great time. Arizona sounds really nice, hopefully one day I get a chance to visit there.

I was just thinking of you yesterday and wondering where you had run off to. Glad to hear it was something pleasant. Vacations are always (or at least usually) so pleasant. I was on vacation a few weeks ago and while I still have a long way to go, I did not miss that 55+ pounds as I walked around. Great to have you back!
