I can totally relate with my work travel. Sounds very much like one of my trips! Thank God I have some home time in between.

sounds like a great trip. thanks for posting your lessons. that first vacation or travel event after wls can be scarry like taking the training wheels off. One by one we all find it works out. So now you should feel a little more confident that you can maintain your loss!!! good lesson ineed. diane

Wonderful post, Happy! Thanks for writing about such a positive and hopeful future. Kind of eases the mind a bit. I've worried, too, about what it's going to be like down the road once I hit goal.

You lost a pound on vacation... and got in a lot of activity. Not bad at all. Vacations are always tough! But for me, business trips are the worst! I think you did overall well. :)
