Great pic Frisco. Reminds everyone who has reached goal to celebrate it from time to time. We should start a new prize like the century club only the one year, two year, three year and whatever for having maintained within a few pounds for that time.

Yeah reaching goal and just maintaining can seem like a letdown from the exhileration of hitting that goal weight. We all have to think of ways to keep maintenance exciting.

So everybody out there post pictures of doing goofy stuff you couldnt' do at your former weight. I might even do it if I can figure out how to post pictures without going into intensive computer training. Diane
