What is your liquid timing mean when do you drink your liquid as for me i try to have something every hour are, 1/2 hour today i had soup at 8 then protein shake at 845 then sugar free Popsicles at 915 then soup again at 930now i feel stuff I think am having my liquids to close to each other not a good feeling my belly feel so tight so i guess i will be waiting to 11 to have the rest of the protein shake. not eating close together starting tomorrow
At 7:15 full protein shake, 8:30 watered down grape juice, small bottle. Protien vitamin drink huge Orzarka water bottle sipping on it through the day. 11:50 half protein shake, Popsicle 1:15, finished bottle at 3:30. Started next bottle 5:00...wore myself out today so I came home and slept. I am going to warm up broth now and see if I need a shake.

This has been my problem all along. I just don't have the room to fit in 64oz. I am so full I could bust. I am praying that it gets better soon, because right now I am not meeting either one of my requirements.

Try for 40 oz of water through out the day right at first and slowly build up to 64oz. if you are getting 40oz in you shouldnt get dehydrated. That was all I could get in in a day or the first 6 weeks. Now I can do 64oz but it does take me from 5am to 10pm to do it. I am about 9 or 10 weeks out now and am also on solid foods but I try to make sure I do 2 protein shakes and 64oz of water no matter what. I knew I wouldn't be able to get all my protein in through solid foods and somedays I seem to have more restriction that others. When those days happen I can do liquids just fine but solid food is only one or 2 bites and i am done. I know that my stomach is still in healing phase so i don't pu**** with solid foods just keep sipping on something either a shake or water all day. It has been great to see my water measurement on the scale go from 39% right after surgery to 48% this morning. I stay pretty steady at 48% now. (thats my scales measurement by the way so unless you have a scale that measures your water percentage dont worry about those numbers)
I have been having issues getting my required water amounts in. I am not sure why. I don't have trouble drinking, and as the swelling has gone down, I can drink bigger sips.....I just find myself not drinking. Towards the end of the day, I try to get more in, realizing I am far behind, but that's not good either. *sigh*
