You and me both!!  Now that I don't have that band anymore, I can swallow pils.  I am fine with taking a "One a Day Petites".

Yeah it just kills me I spent hundreds of dollars on them! Maybe I can pass them along, I don't know but I will ask the nurses. I'm going to invest in gummies.

When did you guys start the calcium? I was told not to start it until 4 weeks after I'm sleeved.

 I need to get some clarification at my support group meeting this week-

I take synthroid so no iron or calcium within 4 hours of that and I've ben told no iron and calcium at the same time (which I just checked my Centrum and it has BOTH iron and calcuim).

I hate the inconsistencies!!

Two multivitamins daily
One iron
One B-12 (every other day)
1500 calcium daily (2 chewy citrates 3 times a day)...these taste like starburst candy, YUM!

I use the chewables from Bariatric Advantage...love them!  It's an easy schedule=)
