mini bag of low fat popcorn (this is my "splurge" snack, usually at night while watching TV)
ketogenic snack bars from bariatric advantage. my fav is the peanut butter.

My program doesnt allow snacks and I do see the logic in this. Whenever I eat, I want to feel fulfilled (full) and so if I incorporate snacks I would be really incorporating extra meals. However, I do crave certain foods in between, sometimes even a sweet-something or salty something. I bought Worther's Originals SF hard candy. I also mix up a bit of PB2. Jello works as well.
I try to keep snacks under 100 calories but it doesn't always happen but I like:
1/2 serving of Blue Diamond Habanero BBQ Almonds
Turkey Pepperoni
Cheese Slice
String Cheese
Chick Pea Crisps
I do try to keep my snacks mainly protein but if I am really craving something sweet, I keep sugar free chocolate vanilla swirl puddings near by.

I do cheese.
deli meat wrapped around a string cheese cut up with some mustard.
I do Veggies, peppers, cucmbers , zucchini that I dip in hummus.
I like nuts but have a hard time not eating too many so I am going to save those for maintinece.
That's about it pther then some protien of some sort.

Most of my meals are technically snacks since I eat 5-6 times a day but my most common snacks
- turkey/cheese roll
- cottage cheese
-greek yogurt with sugar free preserves
- roasted edamame
- apple slices (i found these cute 40 cal packs - love things that are pre-portioned for me!)
- little clementine oranges
- egg white muffins
- SF jello with a little cool-whip
- 1oz beef jerkey (pre packaged)
- snap pea crisps (ok, not any more, they are my pringles, once i start, I cant stop)
-protein bars/shakes/popsicles (make my own protein pops)
