I'm exactly the same way - when I look in the mirror, I see no difference between myself now and 2 years ago with an extra 200 lbs on me. Pictures help, clothes help - and i find it hillarious to pick up my clothes and think there's no way they can be mine!! It's such a mind game.

Love this pic - you have come so far!!!

It's crazy how we still see ourselves bigger. Maybe it's because it wasn't that long ago when we were.
I love seeing your before and after pics side by side to really see the difference. I'm so happy for you that you are only 3 pounds from your goal weight. You'll be there in no time now!!!
Congratulations on your success gurl, you look beautiful!!!

Great job, Dawnie!   And great to see you posting again. Missed you out there.

I love these clothing comparisons almost better than body shots---the look is so dramatic!

Congrats!

Aw, Dawn - what a good job you've done!!  You are an inspiration for all of us.

Here's what I've noticed - I can fit more clothes now into my teeny tiny suitcase.  Yay for smaller clothes!!

That is an awesome picture for a number of reasons.

1. It shows how amazingly wonderful you've done with your weight loss efforts. Congratulations!!!

2. It lets you see, as though from someone else's perspective, the difference in where you were vs. where you are now.

3. It lets ME (and the rest of us) see the possibilities for ourselves if we are not there yet, and for those who are, another reinforcement of work well done.

4. It looks like a pair of my current pants underneath a pair of my 12yo son's. OMG!!! Can I really get there too? I'm gonna work like heck to do it, that's for sure. Thank you for posting this. It truly is an eye-opener, lol.
