Congratulations!!  Awesome!  I also hit the 180's a few days ago and feel I am in exactly the same place you are (only a little older!).  You echoed my thoughts on where I am at so now I don't have to post! :)

Keep up the great work and I'll see ya at goal in a few more months!

YAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!! I am so happy for you! I know what a trial you have been going through since your return from AZ. Doesn't this SV just prove what your "stick to it" attitude can accomplish? You bet. Go get a pedicure or something to celebrate - you deserve it.

As for 160..... Yes you can. I have no doubts that you can achieve that. I totally hear you on the doubt though. I wasn't sure about making my goal of 166 either, but now with fewer than 20 pounds to go, I KNOW I can do it. I have decided my age is irrelevant - remember we're close in age -  I'm 48. It may be slow going for a while, but I just know I can do it. And if I can, so can you. (How's that for a little encouragement with a passive agressive challege? )

Now Kairk, this is not a competition!

Except... I'm abnormally competitive!

Here's what I'm going to do, okay?  I am going to PM you with my contact info, and you just reach out and slap me around if I disappear for too long, okay??

YIPEEEE!  So excited for you!  I've been struggling alongside you and feel like things are finally getting better.   I'm at the bottom of the 180s now, pushing for the 170's.  Let's just keep pushing until it feels right.  I'm working on 10 pounds at a time.  I think you have the right idea.  I've been working on willingness too!
