I am doing my newly started "normal" walk around the lake :) About 1.5 miles. Nothing major, but it's a start :)

Great thread...let me know if you need help doing this (I can take certain days or whatever).
Today is walking (daily goal is 12,000 steps) and abs. I'm doing a challenge to build to 200 consecutive crunches over the next 6 weeks. Today's program calls for a total of 182 broken up into 5 sets.
Plan: lunch hour walk (leaving in minutes). Then hubs and I will take the Civil War Historical Trail from our Community to my daughter's school. This evening I'll do my crunches, either before or after the walk.
Yesterday we walked around Washington, DC and paddleboated on the bay in front of the Jefferson Memorial. Total of 15,300+ steps plus the paddleboating.

Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
OK, just broke 15,000 steps for the second day. Building up credits because I'm not going to get many the next few days. I'm getting the second in a series of 3 Orthovisc injections tomorrow and will be too sore to walk more than necessary for a few days.
Still need to do my crunches, as soon as my dinner digests a little.
