12 mins on treadmill 3.5 mph with 14 seconds of 4.5 mph every 4 minutes
Strength training = arms and shoulders today
Major abs day - not sure what you call them - a kind of crunch where you left one leg up adn then cross with the other arm with 10 pound weight. Then low and high scissor kicks, 150 crunches, obliques on the machine.
I'm gonna have sore abs tomorrow - it'll hurt so good!
