VSG on 12/08/10 with
 Monday Workout
- Chest, Triceps and Shoulders (60 mins)
- Elliptical Trainer 30 mins (15 start my workout and 15 to end the workout. )

 swimming and wallking for me today.  Have a bad back, but needed to get in the hot tub and now decided to get in the pool.  Yeah....

 10 mins on Elliptical with Hi-intensity 15 seconds every 4 minutes
12 mins on treadmill 3.5 mph with 14 seconds of 4.5 mph every 4 minutes

Strength training = arms and shoulders today

Major abs day - not sure what you call them - a kind of crunch where you left one leg up adn then cross with the other arm with 10 pound weight.  Then low and high scissor kicks,  150 crunches, obliques on the machine.  

I'm gonna have sore abs tomorrow - it'll hurt so good!

 Never got out for my walk b/c of some crap that came up around the house, ended up at the gym on the treadmill for an hour, ran a solid 3.5 miles and walked the rest I think I ended up close to 5 miles in the end.
