Curves this morning. !!!! Will go Wednesday and Friday; but have to skip Thursday for an early morning meeting....darn !

But will still have me meeting my 4x a week goal !

 Does sneezing count as exercise? Gah, cleaned my front porch which is literally YELLOW with pollen, must have sneezed 42 times at least, I feel totally wiped out. And it's raining, so no walking foor me. 

BUT I did do 35 mins on the trampoline and I am already over 8,000 steps (goal for the day is always 12,000-14,000).
