Feeling Discouraged

My three month anniversary was May 6, 2012  I have only lost 7lbs this past month. No weight change since  April 27, 2012.

I am under 700 calories per day 70-80 g Protien and under 30g carbs most days. Fluids are more  than a liter a day. Water could be increased a little. I had two 8 day periods last month. Is this the dreaded three month stall? Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Have a good day everyone

Insights or encouragement gratify appreciated

You are further out then me - but I hope that you stay encouraged.  Don't let a stall get you down.  Let it build up your resolve!!  If you are doing what you are supposed to be doing and are on plan - the weight will and should continue to fall.  Increase your water if you feel the need - or your body might be holding on to what little it gets.  You didn't mention your exercise, but maybe there is something you can add to what you are already doing?
Keep your head up - you are going to do great!!

I would up fluids.  I drink at least 80-100oz of fluid a day.  Also, are you exercising?  It's a good time to start strength training along with some cardio to help retain your lean mass.  The goal is to lose fat; however, you will start losing muscle unless you work to preserve it.  Muscle is metabolically active, fat is not.  You need the 'lean' to burn the fat.  Also, make sure you are taking your vitamins and calcium.  Studies show that fat burns better when there is ample calcium in your system.  It also helps actually destroy rather than empty fat cells.

Hope that helps.

You didn't mention exercise?  Are you doing any exercise daily?  How much and what are you doing?  I haven't experienced a stall in 6 months and I exercise regularly.  I know that your stall would break if you increased your exercise=)

the body is made from 80% water, we need at least 2 liters a day, AT LEAST!!!!!

More when we are working out.

Your body is proberly holding on to the water weight as you have not followed your plan. All plans are different the only common thing on them all is the reccommended amount of water we should be consumming. Lack of water slows weight lose.
