Sometimes (allot)

I play "The Fridge Game" my version of Food Networks "Chopped"

Open the fridge and face random items to make a "VSG" meal.......

Sometimes it's a can of tuna, green beans and a egg......... Make a meal out of it !!!!

Last nite was true leftovers..... a burger patty, tomato basil soup from a restaurant, sliced bells from something else, and crumbled Blue Cheese........Was nice !

If you did that at my house, you'd get to use Vitamin Water, G2, Turkey Pepperoni, Whey Up Protein drinks, yellow peppers, SF Jello, cheese sticks, fresh dog food, greek yogurt, and butter. Somehow, I can't envision a delectable meal like the one made with the stuff in your fridge.

No problem......

Sauteed peperoni and julienned yellow peppers.....in olive oil, garlic, S&P..........

Topped with graded cheese stick and a dollop of Greek Yogurt/mustard mix....or something else maybe red mixed with the GY.

Dog Food Pate for appetizers !

Hey Maureen,

I do have several projects in the works.... one of which is a food blog which will over time cover recipes, concepts, creativity, presentation, promote new thinking, tools, cooking methods that are fast, easy and tasty.

Also addressing one of the biggest issues we read about all the time....how to prepare and eat proper foods for successful WL and maintenance within a family/group/couple environment.

Making something from nothing becomes pretty important so we aren't tempted to eat easy bad foods. Keeping yourself stocked up with canned goods, dry goods and frozen as well as some longer lasting veggies helps keep your options open for good safe eats.....
