I can't wait for the day I WANT to be in pictures again!  I have very few pictures of me with my husband or my kids in the past few years because I avoid the camera whenever possible.

I'm the only fat person in my family. I can't wait to be like them. Best, Sharon

Being able to lose and then maintain without having to spend every single minute of my day thinking about food.

Being able to exercise other than in the pool. I'd love to be able to join in more, but I don't fit the machines and I can't do any of the land classes. I want to do Zumba...

We travel quite a bit - not needing a belt extender and not being in pain while flying would be wonderful.

Before surgery, I thought it would be getting off the c-pap and meds. Now after surgery and almost 50 pounds down, I am fine still wearing the c-pap (it will hopefully, eventually be gone), but I am off my blood pressure meds and my other heart meds have been lowered.

Best thing for me after surgery is that everything just is easier. Easier to breathe, to exercise, to get off the couch or out of bed. Easier playing with the kids in nursery at church or in children's church. Bathroom times are just easier all around. I love the convenience of everything being easier. And each pound lost, it just gets better.

“Not many of us are living at our best.  We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains.  The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills.  We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence.  What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb.  What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.?  JRM
