Yes, I'm aware there is forum here on DS and Bilio Pancreatic Diversion..but not so popular..even on YOUTUBE as well..DS is not the same as BPD...sound similiar but the Surgery is totally different..
Just like you said kinda slow here..but this scorpiono surgery begin in the 70th, Scorpiano is the name of the Surgeon from Italy..

Now is bombing is Singapore beside RNY..Surgeon recommended BPD..

Yes, most of my VSG stomach been removed left a size of a golfball..or even smaller he said..and I didnt know that my gallblader been removed till Im awake from GA..it was a totally painfull experience..to compare VSG the pain shoot till my legs..and I dont know how to discribe the pain like..

So bad ..till I need so much of Morphine..keep pressing every 5 minutes..
and the intestine been pull longer to connect to my little stomach..I'm facing lots of problems to switch from liquid to puree diet and back again to liquid and slowly i got to bare with the nausea after eating small potion nobody can believed how little is my intake..
the easier for me is liquid..

I am sorry to see you are having issues with your revision.. have you checked with any revision surgeons that handle hard cases? I have attached a few names I'm familiar with that do harder case revisions.. The BPD is also called the Scopinaro, so you can clarify with any medical people that you talk with, as they may likely confuse the BPD with the BPD/DS (aka the DS that is performed today.)

The BPD fell out of favor over a decade ago for the less-side effect ridden DS. The DS was based on and an improvement over the original BPD/Scopinaro procedure, but the Scopinaro (BPD) had SO MANY bad side effects, that it is no longer done.. not sure why in Singapore it still is, I don't understand this?? 

Please check around if these issues persist- you may need to travel to see a good surgical revisionist, and I am not familiar enough with the BPD to know if it can be revised to a regular DS to correct your bowel issues that plagued the original BPD/Scopinaro.. but having the BPD is not a good thing long term for many, please take care of yourself and see if there are options to get this corrected?

Thanks for understanding so much about BilioPancreatic Diversion and your kind advice..as what my Surgeon ny stomach pouch left a size of a golf ball..intake is very tough for me...

I'm aware of Scopiano ,a Surgeon from Italy who started doing this Surgery and I came across a Patient who had BPD alone with DS..since 1999 and still living healthy..
I surposed it is case by case basis

Hey Sasha,  I' so sorry you are having all these problems.   I remember being so scared for you when you were talking about revising to the bypass and then to this  :o(  its all so scary.  One surgery is bad enough but then to have to have more is really scary.   You are so sweet and you stay so positive.   Its a shame that all of this is going on.   I hope things get better for you.  Have no advise sadly, don't know what to tell you.   God Bless and take care of you   :o)  xoxoxo Jeani

Now for the time being no GYM..I had my revision in Sept 2011..and lost another 40kgs in 5 months..not Ibs..now I dont check anymore scary !
