Who would've "thunk" that adding the suger-free packets to protein shakes would hit the spot.
2-scoops of protein powder (52grms protein already)
4 ozs of skim milk (something I've never drank)
3 tbl spns of plain greek yogurt(or the one of your choice)
4 frozen strawberries ( or a small handful of frozen fruit)
1 packet of the suger-free packets......
Put it all in my ninja and "WHOOP WHOOP""
Sounds great but the calories would kill my day!
I see your getting sleeved next week, congrats early! Check with your NUT about the strawberries if you plan to have this afterwards.... Also you're body can absorb a certain amount of protein per hour, you may want to ask your NUT because if your drinking this all at once you may be wasting the extra scoop...
