 Well, what would you have had before....hot dog, nachos, pizza......it's a step in the right direction and peanuts are not bad for you, they are healthy fats.

Mindless grazing can get us all.  You are doing so good, don't let guil or disappointment get you down.  You know what you need to do - make a plan for what to do next time.  

As for the O's versus anyone else, I'm not getting into that!

 Glad you posted this.  I'm going to an O's game in two weeks.  Excited!  But you've got me thinking ahead.  I will check their website, but I imagine we're not allowed to bring in food.  (If it's like Ravens stadium, anyway.)   I'll do a little pre-planning, because I can *totally* see me overdoing it on peanuts, otherwise!

I think you did fine, considering the choices there at the stadium.

 Maybe that is the key to the O's winning!  I have a friend that eats a bag of M&M's when the Bruins go into overtime...can't argue with results!  I've been to Fenway South a few times...Great ball park and great city!
