2 yrs 2 mths postop..with pics..started 354 lbs

Comparing weight loss rates is hard for me. I started at 384 and expected some of it to melt off in the begining....i have come to accept and understand it will and is coming off 1-2 lbs at a time.

You are doing WONDERFUL!!  Just kick back..follow your surgeon's guidelines and let your body do the work..you will get there!! Time seems to go by slowly at first..but before you know it you'll be a year out and wondering where that year went!  Congrat's..and get ready for so many wonderful changes!!

Thank you! That is all i want to do..to help motivate someone.  I am far from being a poster child for WLS..as far as following all the rules..but i am happy..i am healthy..and i want others to continue to be motivated..i know i sure needed it when i was a preop and newly postop. Thanks!!
