First NSV post!!
I had my first real NSVs yesterday, the first that ever affected me in a way that it prompted me to come on here and share. I've been refusing to buy new clothes until absolutely necessary and it has become absolutely necessary, since my boss has started calling me soggy bottom. Anyway, the first NSV is that I dared to go into Old Navy, I mean INSIDE an actual Old Navy store, not having to shop online for the plus sizes!! I took a chance and OMG..I can fit the size 18 and some 16s!!! However...I'm too cheap to pay $30 - $40 bucks for pants right now and they were not on sale, so I went home, deciding to wait for a sale.
Well, I had almost forgotten, I had saved some clothes from the last time I was this size years ago and pulled them out and lo and behold...they fit!! So I have 3 old/new pairs of pants to wear to work and a shirt that was new but could never fit into!!! I could have cried! Thank you VSG!!
It won't be too long until you dont have that option any more. I like going in to just try things on. 99% of the time its fun and rewarding.
