Well I think only crazy folks run. Running is bad. If I have to "run" there better be a car involved - like running to the store, or running my kids around town.

Oh - and I'll be out your way next week. Hubby and me are taking my Dad, step mom, 12 yo and 14 yo to DC area for a week. We're stopping in NJ (I know, not exactly a direct route to our final destination) to go to 6 Flags and ride that big ass rollercoaster - Kidna Ka or something like that. My son knows the name.

Could you do me a favor and turn off the heat? I melt. It's a snarky witch thing.

Kingda Ka, it's pretty awesome! Make sure you hit SuperMan and the Green Lantern ride too, they are both really good too! We have season passes and are there 2 to 3 times a week, it's a good park!

Well I AM crazy, maybe the running really is a symptom LOL Thanks about the hair, I needed short and quick for the summer! I dyed it a ridiculous shade of blonde after that picture was taken, but I am liking it!

I appreciate Hotlanta, lol. I'll be up there again in August for a dog show.

Living in Florida, it can be like breathing through a dirty sweat sock with the humidity. I stick to running shorts with built in underwear for that reason as well. Your hair will probably be fine. the newer colors hold up to chlorine much better than the old ones. We're getting into 5:00pm thunderstorm season here, which cuts back on being able to run at nigh except at the gym. My treadmill at home bit the dust this winter.
