Thanks for sharing.

I don't have children, but I frequently wonder about my future children and how to best approach healthy eating with them especially if they were slightly overweight. It's a tricky thing.

One of the main reasons I chose to have the VSG and get healthy was so I could positively affect and influence my 2 daughters. What a PERFECT NSV!

That is a great NSV. I am hopong that my children eventually learn as well. My 9yo is starting to. She already tries to eat more protein as well as less carbs. My son is older, and doesn't seem to like my new diet at all. I just hope that he works it out before he gets much older. My bad habits have been a terrible example. :(
