You got this! I am 4 days out,and I can tell you that it really does get better everyday ! remind yourself that the pain is temporary ,but the results can be life long. :) good luck !

I'm 5 weeks post op and what I will tell you is allow yourself to enjoy this journey. Listen to your body. There will be ups and downs but know you have support when you need it. Take a deep breath and get ready for a new way of life! Peace and blessing to you!
