Whats your Fav easy or pre-made foods... Lets help those struggling
Mine are:
Beef Jerky
Pepitas ( use as a snack and like I once used croutons or tortilla strips)
Walnuts
Bacon Parmesan Dip by Archer Farms
Hormel Meat and Cheese Platters (they have a ham and turkey and a pepperoni and sausage)
Trader Joes seasoned precooked chicken breast slices
Colby Jack and Cheddar Cheeses
Sugar free jello instead of snacks or dessert
Russel stoffer SF candies
SF gum
Single serving Jif Natural PB cups
cooked carne asada from local taqurias (they'll sell you a side like they would rice or beans and it lasts for days)
an array of dressings so salad doesn't get boring and they are good to bake chicken breasts in so they stay moist enough to get into my sleeve.
Always have a bag of lettuce that's ready to go with no work and a tomato big enough to last a week
protein shakes by Premier Protein
SF jelly bellies
Double Fiber Bread... I can now eat a ham and cheese sammich on one slice... I just make a half sammich and its my whole meal.. cut off the crust for less carbs.
Bacon bits cause they make anything edible
These are my go to foods when I don't have time to cook

I do cooking in advance so I always have a dinner or lunch in the freezer that can be zapped.
However, I also always have
Protein shakes---RTD Lean Body by Labrada, Different powders and a variety of SF syrups
Fage Greek yogurt---big container and small one for TO GO lunches
MIO or Crystal Light Packs---to go--for drinks and to flavor yogurt
Turkey Sausage crumbles
Eggs or Eggbeaters
Turkey Pepperoni
Quest bars---use with caution
Cheese sticks
Bumble Bee
Tuna Sensations (love the Thai Chili)
Little salmon cups when I just can't do any more tuna
Almonds
Pre cut veggies like peppers, onions, mushrooms--for stir fry---I have terrible knife skills! (& lazy)
Frozen Pre cooked shrimp, shrimp and more shrimp
Frozen pre cooked turkey meatballs (3 min in microwave)
Variety of seafood pre packed meal from Trader Joe's--just in case
Those are the basics.

That thai tuna stuff is AWESOME. I could live without tuna usually, but that stuff is great. The sundried tomato one is pretty good too, but I love the spicy one ;)

I got them from vons (same thing as safeway) and Smart and Final. They have ones that come with crackers and ones just in a can with just the tuna. It's worth venturing down the tuna aisle for this one!
