Almost 10 weeks out - Pics, NSVs
Okay so I know I am terrible about posting now. It's like life is just taking off. I'm a full-time grad student, working and that whole family summer thing! Just know everyone on here has been amazing.
I feel like the last month has been me testing my limits. I am still not eating very many carbs but I stopped tracking and I went from working out 5x/week to about 2. I am fixing that this week. Upped it to 3 then next week I am getting everything on track.
My husband is a food blogger. Guess who his +1 is? I have been going to events but paying strict attention to what I eat. We had a soft opening of an Asian fusion and I had 4 pieces of sushi. I am still not eating sweets, though so I'm really proud of that. I just feel like I was kinda doing whatever and still losing so I pushed it? If that makes sense.
I did have a bad day the other day where I just nibbled on a lot of cheese. It's a total slider it seems. So, I remedied that problem and we're not buying block cheese anymore. Just pre-portioned Babybel.
I have found with the return of my period I am having a lot of water retention and exhaustion during PMS week accompanied by a stall. Pretty frustrating and it makes me munchy. I've also learned if I haven't gotten all my protein in, it's not a good idea scale-wise to drink a 200 calorie protein shake at 8pm. By that time I just call it a loss and try to drink more water.
So these are a few things I've learned.
Hunger has returned. Not nearly as bad but it's coming back.
I am into a size 14/16 now which is great. I need to calculate total inches lost because it's a lot. I was able to buy 3 bras from VS which I loved. It's much easier to haul myself around. I don't feel like I'm struggling to walk. People are finally starting to notice a bit. Not mentioning weight loss specifically but just that "I look good." Libido has been crazy. I don't think hubby and I have ever had this much sex our entire marriage.
Any other questions, just ask! I don't regret any of this. I am very happy with my decision. I don't feel like I am missing out on anything.
Oh and I get now why my Dr. doesn't like snacking because if you are waiting 30 minutes after each time you eat, you'll never fit in all your water!!!

Congrats !!!
