fat question
So i finally found a protein shake that i can tolerate... ( i actually like it... but dont tell lol) the eas myoplex.... i accidentally picked up the original mix, well i def cant handle the whole thing so ive been drinking half at a time... it gives me 150 calories and 21g of protein, i decided to compare the lite to the original and i notice that in the same size serving theres less protein in the lite... and only about 20 less calories but there is also 3 less grams of fat, so my question to my OH fam is... do u think i should give up the extra protien to save the fat grams? Im still on learning curve here!!!
Nope. I would never give up protein for more carbs.
I refuse to eat "lite" or "fat free" foods.
Reading the labels, there's always more carbs, sodium and/or sugar and more additives.
Remove the fat, they have to add something to make it taste good. I'm not saying go out and lick a stick of butter, but fat at healthy levels is not going to negate your efforts.
